What is one single daily success habit you are practicing to become the confidence queen you want to be?

Years ago I used to be the person that wanted change but didn’t take action to get it. I was reactive, not proactive. I would be triggered by something or someone and decide then that I wanted more from myself or I wanted different – that’s too late.

It wasn’t until my own personal development journey began 8+ years ago that I realized I was talking the talk but not walkin the walk.

I thought a lot about self love, I talked a lot about personal growth, I desired more confidence unique to me BUT I didn’t actually take action on anything.

Over a period of time I read books, completed courses, worked with coaches, listened to podcasts. I immersed myself in learning because knowledge is power, right?

Here’s the loophole with that.

Knowledge absolutely is power but action creates change. I was stumbling with taking action.

Before we go any further let me say, I know you’re busy mumma, I hear the overwhelm and I see your energy is depleted. Raising a family is BIG, I see you and you are a powerhouse juggling it all, lovingly serving everyone from your energy cup and for so many of us gratefully in this season of life there is not often anything left over for us at the end of the day.

When I say take action it’s not lost on me that you’re in action all day, often for others.

I mean take action on the small steps that serve you, that nurture your energy and move you forward in your journey without feeling like you just signed up for expanding your overflowing to do list.

Daily success habits should feel light and expansive. When you think about them you’re excited and desire what you know they provide – space, silence, energy and an opportunity for you to do something for you and long term shifts in behaviour, thoughts, beliefs and actions.

Success habits are you committing to reaching your goal, moving the needle one habit at a time.

I encourage you to start today by finding one single habit that you can set aside 10 minutes a day to practice. Here’s how it looks for me – some I practice daily others a few times a week and some just when it feels right;

      • Early riser
      • Walk with a podcast
      • Journaling
      • Exercise
      • Meditation
      • Organization (life, biz, kids, meals etc)
      • Read
      • Silence/creative thinking
      • Sleep
      • Community
